Lonny Warner

Lonny Warner is a Principal at Eaton Square Dallas. He is also the Founder and CEO of 180 Degrees Strategies – an operations consultancy that focuses on accelerating commercial value for PE-backed firms and mid-cap businesses. The hallmark of Lonny’s success has centered on attracting and developing talent coupled with his deep expertise in network logistics, transportation, distribution and final-mile delivery operations. Lonny is particularly adept at formulating bottom-line strategies that lead to notable EBITDA gains across the Tech, Electronics, 3PL and Cash Services industries.

Formerly the COO at CSC Service Works, Lonny managed its $1B P&L, field sales and enterprise operations including digital ops, procurement and Centers of Excellence. A globally recognized advocate of Lean principles, Lonny nurtured the company’s Lean culture. Under his engaged leadership, the Lean Team delivered more than 125 standardized processes in less than one year – generating significant improvement on many of CSC’s performance metrics.

Prior to CSC Service Works, Lonny held senior leadership positions – COO, SVP and General Manager – at The Brinks Company. While there, Lonny managed the P&L for $900M in gross revenue for the cash collection and processing needs of the Retail and Financial Services portfolio clients. In 24 months, Lonny digitized its transportation network that enabled real-time performance monitoring for 7,000 employees and 3,500 fleet units which operated 2,700 pickup/delivery routes each day.

Earlier in his career, Lonny built and coached high-performance teams; implemented breakthrough operating solutions; and achieved significant financial results for XPO (formerly Con-Way/Menlo Logistics.) Responsible for Con-Way’s 5.6M ft2 of contracted warehouse facilities, Lonny directed matrixed teams across startup, engineering, account management, operations and financial modeling for the global fulfillment and transportation services.

Lonny earned a BS, Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma and completed Executive Leadership and Management programs from Northwestern University and Michigan State University.

Active members of their community, Lonny and his wife Kimberly live in the greater Dallas area close to family and long-time friends. Lonny is a fitness enthusiast who is always ready for a spirited game of pickleball, tennis, football or basketball.
