Justin Rosenberg
Justin Rosenberg is a Principal with Eaton Square in Toronto and is focused on partnering with fast-growing companies, primarily in the Software-as-a-Service sector. Justin works closely with globally scalable, high margin businesses with recurring revenue, to help them find the Board, partners, customers and funds they need to succeed. Justin helps his clients through to trade sale or IPO and beyond.
Since working as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen, Justin Rosenberg has advised and raised capital for start-ups for over 20 years. Among his current projects, Rosenberg is:
- Corporate Adviser for Israeli technology company, Elsight Ltd (ASX: ELS)
- Corporate Adviser for MeshAI, a private Australian company delivering significant savings for Customer Service and higher conversion rates for Sales.
- Managing Director of ASX-listed LGO, overseeing its conversion from an oil shell to an infant milk powder company; and
- Executive Director, Corporate Finance, Gleneagle Securities
