Scott Cunningham
Scott Cunningham began his capital markets career in and around the futures pits of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1998 while attending the Loyola University Chicago, School of Law.
Before joining Eaton Square in Jacksonville, Scott most recently worked as the Director of Advisory Services for a Los Angeles-based, middle-market M&A advisory firm, and specializes in both buy-side and sell-side transactions in the logistics, technology and telecom spaces.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration Cum Laude from the University of Alabama in 1997 and a Juris Doctor from the Loyola University Chicago, School of Law in 2002.
A former derivatives broker and analyst with Cantor Fitzgerald & Company, Scott has also held trading, wealth management and investment banking positions with firms such as UBS, Merrill Lynch, Prudential Financial Derivatives & Rosenthal Collins Group.
