Matthew is an innovative thinker with over 25 years of experience providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for companies in specialty retail, restaurant and consumer products; luxury goods and services; resort real estate development and hospitality; media, sports and entertainment; arts and event management; philanthropic, socially responsible and non-profit; technology and venture capital in North America and the UK. He is a former Investment Banker in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions in New York and a Management Consultant in London focused on strategy, private equity, process improvement and organizational change. He holds an Economics degree from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
