He brings his extensive M&A experience for businesses across many sectors including electronic banking, consumer finance, food & beverage, recycling, manufacture, distribution and consumer discretionary.

 

Maurice was a Tax and Commercial lawyer and partner of Kliger Partners (now KCL Law) for over 10 years. He then moved into commerce and as an Advisor, Director and/or shareholder.

 

Maurice has advised, facilitated and been a principal in transactions across the spectrum including M&A, Capital raisings and Debt funding.

 

A graduate of Bachelor of Law Taxation from the University of Melbourne, he now mentors Melbourne University Law students and volunteers at FareShare.
